Description
A special kind of strap!
The padded watchstrap is made from old patterns of our archive with the best that Horween has to offer. The irregular oval shaped shells are tanned, stuffed, shaved, and then polished – a process taking at least six months. Each shell is slowly steeped in gentle vegetable liquors. Dyes are hand rubbed on for a deep aniline finish. Finally, the shells are hand glazed to achieve the rich, glossy look. Since the leather is unlined it can vary in thickness. We use for the buckles allergy-tested stainless steel from Germany. All straps are made exclusively in our factory in the Bavarian Forest.
- The last stitch on the buckle is double stitched.
