Many people label their products with "Made in Germany." But often that just means they were assembled somewhere, not actually manufactured here.
With us it is different – for us “Made in Germany” is not a label, but a lived practice.
Our products are manufactured entirely in our own factory in Furth im Wald.
No outsourcing. No mass-produced goods. No compromises on materials.
Each leather hide is checked and selected by us.
For each product, we specify the exact tannery from which the leather comes —not just for the upper leather, but also for the lining leather , which lies directly against the skin. In our view, this is at least as important.
Other sellers, who don't know where the leather comes from, sell straps containing chromium VI or other harmful substances . Studies by the BfR and ECHA show that such substances can enter the body through the skin.
Our leather comes exclusively from renowned tanneries (which we openly communicate) that are regularly independently inspected. All our leathers are subject to mandatory approval and are tested several times a year. For decades, not a single critical finding has been identified.
This is not a coincidence, but the result of consistent selection, control and responsibility.
We process the leather directly on-site in our factory – transparently, traceably, and honestly. This gives us full control over the origin, processing, and quality. Only in this way can we ensure that the leather truly delivers what we promise.
