A good watch strap should stay with you for a long time. That is why we make and inspect our straps at our workshop in Furth im Wald, Germany. If a defect in materials or workmanship does occur, we will take care of it personally.
Our name is on every strap.
Leather is a natural material. Every strap is crafted, stitched and inspected before it leaves our workshop. If a defect in materials or workmanship becomes apparent within 120 days of receiving your strap, we will review your case and provide a replacement if it is covered by our warranty.
The FLUCO manufactory warranty is provided voluntarily. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

Leather and construction
Examples include cracks caused by a material defect, layers separating or a fault in the strap's construction.
Stitching
If a seam comes loose or the thread breaks due to a workmanship defect, we will examine the strap under this warranty.
Supplied buckle
A material defect or a fault in the mechanism of the buckle supplied with the strap is also covered.
Apple Watch Adapter
For Apple Watch straps, this also applies to material defects or fit issues with the adapter supplied with the strap.
Changes that come with wear.
Patina, changes in colour and minor wear at frequently touched areas are normal signs of use. They are not defects in materials or workmanship.
Damage caused by external influences or improper use is not covered by the manufactory warranty either. Not sure whether a change is normal? Send us a photo and we will take a look.
Let us take a look at your strap.
Send us your order number, a photo of the affected area and a brief description. There is no need to return the strap yet. We will let you know what happens next.
Good to know: Our 30 day returns policy is separate from the 120 day manufactory warranty. Our applicable returns policy governs ordinary returns.
