We work exclusively with renowned European tanneries whom we know personally and have trusted for many years. Our partners stand for the highest quality, traditional craftsmanship, and a responsible approach to people and the environment. They comply with strict European regulations regarding environmental standards, chemicals, occupational safety, and skin compatibility.

For this reason, we consciously avoid leather from regions where the origin, tanning processes, or production conditions often do not meet the standards we expect from our materials. For us, traceable origin, consistent quality, and responsible manufacturing are not marketing terms, but fundamental requirements.

At Fluco, we don't purchase leather based on the lowest price, but on quality. Every leather must meet our high standards for appearance, feel, durability, and craftsmanship. Only materials that completely convince us are turned into a Fluco watch strap.

Because ultimately, for us: an excellent watch strap results from the combination of precise craftsmanship and exceptional leather. Both are inextricably linked for us.

Transparency instead of empty promises

We are convinced: those who sell high-quality products should openly show where the materials used come from. That's why you will find information on the origin of the leather for each of our watch straps. Whenever possible, we even name the tannery from which the leather originates.

In a few cases, we deliberately omit mentioning the tannery name to protect our exclusive material sources. Of course, this does not change the origin or quality; here too, the leather comes exclusively from carefully selected European partners.
