Refund policy
1. Returns within Germany and Austria
For returns or exchanges within Germany, you can use our returns portal. The costs are €3.90 for an exchange and €5.90 for a return. These amounts will be deducted from your refund or charged to the original payment method.

If you prefer to return the item independently, you can send it back to us with a short note, e.g., via affordable letter post for €1.80.
2. Returns from Europe
Customers outside Germany can arrange the return themselves and send it to our address. Please include a note with the invoice number and send it to:

For the countries Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Spain, the costs are €9.90.
For the countries Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia, the costs are €12.90.
3. Returns from Abroad
Customers outside Europe and Sweden,Greece,Portugal or Malta must arrange the return themselves and send it to our address. Please include a note with the invoice number and send it to:

3. Processing of Returns
Once your return arrives, we will process it within 7 business days. In the case of an exchange, we will contact you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal from Germany, you must return the undamaged goods to us with the attached invoice for allocation.
If you order multiple straps and keep one of them, we will provide you with a free return label. Simply send an email to onlineshop@fluco.de.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (as well as any additional costs incurred if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard shipping). The refund will be processed without delay and no later than thirty days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon. No fees will be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than thirty days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
