Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply return the product along with the invoice or a note with the order number to us at:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (as well as any additional costs incurred if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within thirty days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, if the goods are damaged, or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

You can return unworn and undamaged items to us within 30 days.
Here’s how it works:
1. Include the order number or invoice in the package
To ensure that we can correctly allocate your return, please include the invoice from your delivery.
2. Print your return label online
You are free to choose which shipping service or method you use for the return. Whether you use DHL’s secure and trackable return label or a simple letter post for €1.60, which has always arrived reliably, is up to you.

3. Pack the goods
You can either place your return in the original packaging or use another suitable packaging of your choice.
4. Processing your return
Once your return has arrived, we will process it within 7 business days. If you wish to exchange the item, we will contact you. If you request a refund, we will initiate it and refund the corresponding amount to the original payment method.
