For customers in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia, we can provide a prepaid return label for €12.90.
The return fee is simply deducted from your refund.
Customers from other countries can arrange their return shipment independently and send the parcel directly to us.
You can also arrange your own return shipment at any time, regardless of your country.

Our straps are available in three sizes – simple and clear:
S: for wrists of 14–16 cm (equivalent to Apple S/M)
M: for wrists from 16.5–21 cm (equivalent to Apple M/L)
XL: from 20 cm (equivalent to Apple XL)

We make our watch straps at our workshop in Germany. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within 100 days, we will review it personally and provide a replacement if it is covered by our warranty.
Made in Furth im Wald. Inspected by people who know their craft.
Leather and materials
Examples include cracks caused by a material defect, layers separating or a fault in the way the leather was worked.
Stitching and workmanship
If a seam comes loose, the thread breaks due to a workmanship defect or the ends of a seam come undone, we will take care of it.
Buckle and adapter
We also review faults in the buckle mechanism and material related issues with an Apple Watch adapter supplied with the strap.
Normal signs of wear and natural changes in the leather are not covered by the warranty. If you think there is a defect, send us your order number and a photo. Our 30 day returns policy applies separately.

The leather strap is not particularly suitable for intensive sporting activities such as swimming or running, as it can wear out more quickly due to sweat and moisture. For sporting activities, we recommend silicone or stainless steel straps.

Yes, our Apple Watch leather straps are completely allergy-friendly. Unlike leather straps from other countries, they are subject to annual food testing and are extremely rigorously tested for harmful substances. This means they are free of harmful chemicals and ideal for sensitive skin.

Leather does not require frequent care, but it is recommended to treat the strap every now and then with a special leather care product to keep it supple and protect it from moisture or dirt.
What kind of leather are the bracelets made of?
Our bracelets are made from the highest quality leather hides and come from the most renowned tanneries worldwide. We name most of them by name, but this is not always possible for fear of imitators.
How long does a leather bracelet last?
The lifespan of a leather bracelet depends on use and care. If well cared for, a bracelet can last for several years, but will show natural signs of wear after a while with daily wear.
Sehr schön verarbeitetes Armband. Da es aus Leder ist, ist leider am Anfang ein wenig steif. Es gibt Uhrenarmbänder, die das nicht haben, aber die sind auch um einiges teurer und wahrscheinlich auch nicht wasserfest. Daher ist es für meine Certina DS Action ideal und passt auch noch optisch sehr gut zu der Uhr.

Eins vorweg: der Armband passt farblich und der Struktur überragend zur AW-Ultra!
Tragekomfort ist gut.
Aber die Adapter rasten nicht 100% ein.
Die Dornschließe ist eher kantig und mit grobem Finish (auf den Fotos anders wargenommen), die Löcher eher klein und egal, wie man aufpasst, die Innenseite leidet.
Die Nähte eher grob.
Wahrscheinlich würde ich das Band nicht nochmal kaufen, zumindest nicht mit der Schließe
