For customers in France, the Netherlands, Spain and Belgium, we can provide a prepaid return label for €9.90.
For customers in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia, we can provide a prepaid return label for €12.90.
The return fee is simply deducted from your refund.
Customers from other countries can arrange their return shipment independently and send the parcel directly to us.
You can also arrange your own return shipment at any time, regardless of your country.
Once your return arrives, we usually process it within 1–5 business days.

Craftsmanship we stand behind.
We make our watch straps at our workshop in Germany. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within 100 days, we will review it personally and provide a replacement if it is covered by our warranty.
Made in Furth im Wald. Inspected by people who know their craft.
Leather and materials
Examples include cracks caused by a material defect, layers separating or a fault in the way the leather was worked.
Stitching and workmanship
If a seam comes loose, the thread breaks due to a workmanship defect or the ends of a seam come undone, we will take care of it.
Buckle and adapter
We also review faults in the buckle mechanism and material related issues with an Apple Watch adapter supplied with the strap.
Normal signs of wear and natural changes in the leather are not covered by the warranty. If you think there is a defect, send us your order number and a photo. Our 30 day returns policy applies separately.

Yes, they have a similar structure and softness to real leather, but are completely animal-free.

They are pleasantly soft and adapt quickly to the wrist.
Does the material discolor over time?
No, our vegan bracelets are colorfast and do not fade. They are made of high-quality, specially selected materials.
How durable is the strap compared to leather or silicone?
The vegan bracelet is even more waterproof and durable than our classic leather bracelets. It retains its shape and quality even with regular use over a long period of time.

The quality of the product is very high and spot on. The shipping was slow (most likely due to carrier). Customer service was impressive.
Hab das Armband jetzt weit einem Jahr, anfangs war es etwas starr aber das hat doch schnell gegeben. Nach nicht ganz einem Jahr merkt man bei meinem Armband, dass es sich langsam seinem Lebensende nähert. Die Beschichtung verhindert nicht mehr zuverlässig, dass Schweiß eindringt rund wenn es heiß wird riecht man unter dem Band entsprechend leuchten Schweißgeruch. Auch sonst sieht man dem Band viele Gebrauchsspuren an. Ein wenig längere Lebenslauf hatte ich mir schon erhofft (~2 Jahre).
Dennoch war ich mit dem Armband sehr zufrieden: angenehmes Tragegefühl, schönes Aussehen und Herstellung in Deutschland aus kreativen Materialien.
Ich werde jetzt vermutlich erst mal auf ein zweites Armband umsteigen, was ich letztes Mal hier mitbestellt hatte aber das nächste Armband wird vielleicht wieder so eines.

Das Band ist hervorragend verarbeitet, sieht gut aus und passt perfekt zur vorgesehenen Uhr. Einen Stern ziehe ich aktuell noch ab, da ich einfach noch nicht beurteilen kann, wie geschmeidig das, anfänglich noch etwas steife Band (keine Kritik, ist bei den meisten Lederbändern anfangs so) mit der Zeit wird.
Ich habe das Band aus Stoff seit einem Jahr ständig am tragen und super gute Qualität.
