Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.

We process your order as quickly as possible, and orders placed before 1:15 PM on business days are usually shipped the same day.

30 Day Returns

You can return any unworn product within 30 days of receiving your order.

Easy Returns

We want returns to be as simple and transparent as possible.

For customers in Germany and Austria, returns and exchanges can be arranged directly through our Returns Portal. The return fee is €5.90.

For customers in France, the Netherlands, Spain and Belgium, we can provide a prepaid return label for €9.90.

For customers in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia, we can provide a prepaid return label for €12.90.

The return fee is simply deducted from your refund.

Customers from other countries can arrange their return shipment independently and send the parcel directly to us.

You can also arrange your own return shipment at any time, regardless of your country.

Once your return arrives, we usually process it within 1–5 business days.

Our leather comes from traceable sources , is rigorously tested for harmful substances and is free from questionable substances – after all, you wear it directly on your skin.

Our clasps are also manufactured entirely in Germany at the Craiss metalworks.

Since 1952 we have been manufacturing watch straps with precision – every strap fits perfectly, including the lug width.

We produce for many well-known watch manufacturers – and with the FLUCO insert , we ensure that our straps retain their shape , age beautifully and deliver on their promise: robust, durable, high-quality.

Every FLUCO watch strap is made in our own factory in Furth im Wald – visibly, honestly, and with genuine care.

You can even visit us and see for yourself how we manufacture in the Bavarian Forest.

We make our watch straps at our workshop in Germany. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within 100 days, we will review it personally and provide a replacement if it is covered by our warranty.
