For customers in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia, we can provide a prepaid return label for €12.90.
The return fee is simply deducted from your refund.
Customers from other countries can arrange their return shipment independently and send the parcel directly to us.

Craftsmanship we stand behind.
We make our watch straps at our workshop in Germany. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within 100 days, we will review it personally and provide a replacement if it is covered by our warranty.
Made in Furth im Wald. Inspected by people who know their craft.
Leather and materials
Examples include cracks caused by a material defect, layers separating or a fault in the way the leather was worked.
Stitching and workmanship
If a seam comes loose, the thread breaks due to a workmanship defect or the ends of a seam come undone, we will take care of it.
Buckle and adapter
We also review faults in the buckle mechanism and material related issues with an Apple Watch adapter supplied with the strap.
Normal signs of wear and natural changes in the leather are not covered by the warranty. If you think there is a defect, send us your order number and a photo. Our 30 day returns policy applies separately.
