The Yorkshire watch strap brings a leather tradition to your wrist, one that has traditionally been prized primarily in equestrian sports, for saddles, bridles, and exclusive bags and belts. Bridle leather is considered one of the highest quality leathers: robust, dense in its fiber structure, yet supple.
After tanning, it is finished with a special blend of waxes and oils. This treatment not only creates its distinctive, deep shine, but also makes the leather more resistant to moisture and particularly durable. The fact that this material has now been incorporated into a watch strap makes the Yorkshire something extraordinary: a piece of craftsmanship with character that develops a unique patina over time.
For the lining, we use the finest Zermatt calf leather from Haas (France) – skin-friendly, breathable, and sweat-resistant. This ensures the bracelet remains pleasant and comfortable even with daily wear.
The integrated quick-change system also allows you to change the strap in seconds – without any tools.

Explanation of spring bar selection
Spring bars are small, spring-loaded metal pins used to securely attach watch straps to watch cases. They allow the strap to be attached to the watch.
The (⌀1.8mm) is the diameter of the spring bar.
Most of the time, the old strap still has a normal spring bar in it. If it is intact, you can replace it.
If not, we offer three types of spring bars that are already integrated into your strap!
Quick-change spring bar: especially recommended if you want to change the strap on your watch very frequently and do not have a spring bar tool.
Normal spring bar: recommended for you if you have a spring bar tool at home.
Curved spring bar: is particularly important for watches where the lug is close to the watch case. This is often the case with new Rolex models. With a curved spring bar, you minimize the likelihood of your strap being damaged at the lug.

Each of our straps in the online shop is made by hand in our small factory in the Bavarian Forest.
How do I care for the leather strap?
Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat and direct sunlight. Occasionally use a special leather care cream to keep the leather supple and extend its lifespan.
Can every strap be fitted with a folding clasp? How do I order the right size? And can you fit the folding clasp straight away?
Any strap with a thickness of less than 4mm
can be mounted on a folding clasp. To find the right size of the
folding clasp, the course of the strap is the second number
important.
If the band is 20/16mm
you would need a 16 mm folding clasp.

Our straps are made of natural materials that are generally well tolerated. The insides are often made of hypoallergenic vegetable tanned leather.

Our straps are made from the highest quality leather hides and come from the most renowned tanneries worldwide. We name most of them by name, but this is not always possible for fear of imitators.
How long does a leather strap last?
The lifespan of a leather bracelet depends on use and care. If well cared for, a strap can last for several years, but will show natural signs of wear after a while with daily wear.
